As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email, so make sure to check your inbox and your spam or junk folder just in case it got filtered there 📬
Once you receive your tracking info, it may take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update it in their system. This is totally normal! Be sure to check back in a day or two to see where your package is and what day your special delivery is set to arrive 🛍️

We totally understand how frustrating it can feel when your package seems to go missing—and trust us, babe, we’d never want you to feel lost or confused about your order 💔.
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the mail carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (like USPS, UPS, etc.) to safely deliver it to you. They are also responsible for updating the tracking info. As a brand, we unfortunately cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages once they’ve left our hands.
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
• Contacting your local post office or mail carrier directly
• Asking neighbors or checking around your property in case it was left in a hidden spot
• Giving it 24–48 hours just in case the carrier scanned it early
