Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases once your order has been successfully placed and processed. We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase, including product specifications, colors, sizes, and shipping information. Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase. Keep in mind that digital images cannot guarantee identical color representation. Subtle shifts may appear when viewing the product in person, depending on your device. We ask that you kindly be aware that every device displays colors differently. Slight differences in shade or tone may occur compared to what you see on screen. This is not considered a defect, but a natural variation.

 

Final Sale Terms
All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. Unfortunately since each item is crafted and processed specifically for your order, we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations, or returns once the order has entered fulfillment.

Exceptions for Damaged Items
If your order arrives with an issue related to some kind of damage or an unexpected printing error, we will gladly assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution. Please notify us at prettyangelsfashionco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, including:

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

    •    A short description of the issue

 

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement may be offered at no additional cost. Please note that claims made after the 7 day window may not be eligible for review. After we receive all this information, our team will review your claim and determine whether a replacement will be issued. We reserve the right to deny claims if the information provided is insufficient or if the item was damaged due to misuse.


Warranty Disclaimer
We do not offer warranties of any kind. Our products are made to be loved and used, but we are not responsible for wear and tear caused by daily use, accidents, or improper care.

This includes:

    •    Fading, scratches, or scuffing from regular use

    •    Damage from drops, spills, or environmental exposure

    •    Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start creating your items, with love and made just for you. Most pieces are made on demand using eco-conscious processes, so your items may ship in different recyclable packaging based on the product type and location.

    •    Because of this, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the carrier used.
