As a small business, every single item is made to order, which means it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to process and be prepared before it is ready to be shipped out to you.

We’ve worked hard to keep our shipping rates as fair and affordable as possible no matter where you are in the world, because you deserve pretty things—without breaking the bank!

We will always try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it lands in there. Sometimes tracking links may take a few hours to update, so give it a little time if it doesn’t show movement right away. Please note that if you ordered a variety of items, you may receive different tracking email links for each one. 

Customs, Duties & ID Verification
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or ID verification depending on your country’s regulations. These requirements are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to check with your local customs office prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we do not have control over them and we cannot cover, reimburse, or refund any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.

No PO Box Deliveries
Due to carrier limitations and to ensure the safe delivery of your  items, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We kindly ask that you provide a complete residential home or business street address at checkout.

Accurate Address & Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Because beauty should never come at the cost of sustainability. As part of our eco-friendly promise, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers. This helps reduce excess packaging waste and allows us to work with different eco-suppliers around the world.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is officially in their care and they are responsible for it’s safe delivery to you. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly for more information as they are the ones responsible for its safe delivery to you. That said, we’re always here to help, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package or contacting the shipping carrier. To avoid any issues please keep an eye out for your tracking information links and be on the lookout around your delivery date.

Will I receive all my items in one package?

Not always! Depending on the products you order, you may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers, as some items are shipped separately. All packages are sent in recyclable, eco-friendly packaging. 
Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely, babe. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you! Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, absolutely babe! We’re happy to ship worldwide so you can enjoy our pretty pieces wherever you are. Please keep in mind that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total.
