Please note: These are just estimated delivery timeframes and may vary depending on your location, customs, and carrier delays. We will always try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it lands in there. Sometimes tracking links may take a few hours to update, so give it a little time if it doesn’t show movement right away. Please note that if you ordered a variety of items, you may receive different tracking email links for each one.
Customs, Duties & ID Verification

No PO Box Deliveries
Due to carrier limitations and to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We kindly ask that you provide a complete residential home or business street address at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

So pretty please, make sure everything is accurate so your package can find its way to you smoothly.
Once It Leaves Our Hands
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is officially in their care and they are responsible for it’s safe delivery to you. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly for more information as they are the ones responsible for its safe delivery to you. That said, we’re always here to help, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package or contacting the shipping carrier.
